Our end-to-end WISDOM™ Practice includes a client readiness assessment, confidential surveys, information gathering and analysis, a team WISDOM™ working session, a WISDOM™ Report and a WISDOM™ Milestone Check-up, conducted over a three month period.

WISDOM™ Leader’s Portfolio
For leaders interested in facilitating their own WISDOM™ sessions, we have created a step-by-step WISDOM™ Leader’s Portfolio, complete with guidelines, surveys, presentations, exercises, and activities. This valuable tool will enable you to successfully facilitate a WISDOM™ session with your team on your own time, at your own pace.

Consulting, Seminars and Events
